I said oh, I thought I could take the luggage cart and the man responded 'no, if we let people take these we wouldn't have a job, this is how we make a living' in a rude way. I said no and he starting placing all of my belongings on the counter. When my room was ready I went to the bell hop and was asked if I needed help taking my belongings to my room. I went to the bell hop and dropped off my things and was told I could call a number and have my belongings sent to my room or I could bring them myself. I was told I could give my belongings to the bell hop while I waited.
I asked if they could compensate in any way and she said no and did not care whatsoever about this. I stated that the check in time was 3pm, and she said we start check in at 3 but do not guarentee it. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk said there were no rooms ready (5pm).
I arrived two hours later than the 3pm check in time.
I wanted to like this place but they disappointed me on multiple occasions.
